Terms of use
Last updated 19 October 2026. By using SquadPad you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
Who can use SquadPad
SquadPad is used by invitation from a football club. Adults use their own account. Children use SquadPad through a space set up and controlled by their parent or guardian, within the limits the club and parent choose.
Be good to each other
Use SquadPad for club business and in the spirit of grassroots football. Don't post anything abusive, discriminatory, unlawful or that puts a child at risk. Your club's own policies (including its social media and safeguarding policies) apply to how you use the club's spaces. A club may remove access for anyone who breaks them.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can close your account from the app at any time.
Your content
What you put into SquadPad stays yours. You let us store and show it to the people it's meant for so the app can work. Coaching content you choose to share with your club can be used by the club's coaches.
Payments
SquadPad doesn't take card payments. Fees are set by your club and paid to the club. Marking a payment as made in the app tells the club's treasurer; it isn't a receipt until the club confirms it.
The service
We work hard to keep SquadPad available and correct, but it's provided as it is, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy notice.
